Robert M. Dees is a shareholder concentrating in commercial,
insurance and tort litigation.
He regularly represents clients in admiralty and maritime disputes, media
law and First Amendment claims, as well as insurance and business litigation
matters in state and federal courts. He has over 17 years of experience
handling matters for shipowners, P&I Clubs,
marine insurers, towing companies, river and docking pilots, and recreational
marine claims. Cases include insurance coverage disputes, collisions, personal
injury, wage disputes, cargo damage, stowaways, container
leasing contracts, charter disputes, contract disputes, yacht insurance claims,
vessel fires and groundings.
