Randy Amos has lived an exciting, fast paced life. The accomplishments he has made throughout his career are almost too extensive for words to describe. Since he was a child, Randy has pushed himself to do better, to go above and beyond what anyone else would do. This drive and determination is still evident is his present life. In 1970, Randy graduated from Jacksonville University with a B.S. degree, Minor in Political Science and Major in Business Administration. Even before then he was very ambitious. Randy worked in a family owned business known as Lake Shore Radiator. Back then the shop was simply a radiator repair service for Jacksonville, Florida locals. Randy did it all. From tank repairman to delivery driver to counter salesperson and outside salesperson. This extensive determination allowed him to learn the ins and outs of business. Even though things were going well for the small repair shop, Randy had bigger plans. He eventually purchased 100% ownership of Lake Shore and slowly but surely, turned it into a Multi Million-Dollar supplier of automotive cooling products. Lake Shore Radiator & Specialty Auto Parts Warehouse, still based in Jacksonville, Florida, now has 6 mega branches throughout the Nation, 3- Fee Warehouses and 52 drop-ship warehouses that supply parts to over 15,000 customers.  Lake Shore is the parent company of RadiatorBarn.Com, which has become a leading E-Commerce business.  Randy molded the business from a simple radiator repair shop to a global supply company that is a powerhouse in the automotive industry.

Politics have also been a large part of Randy’s life. From 1975-79, he was a member of the Jacksonville City Council. During that time Randy served as Chairman of Public Safety and Judiciary Committees.  He was and the youngest member ever elected to the Jacksonville City Council. In 1991 he served as Chief Advisor to Jacksonville City Council’s Select Committee on Privatization of City of Jacksonville Sports and Entertainment Complexes and Services.  Randy has consulted and advised Mayors, State Legislators, and U.S. Congressmen on political issues affecting America.
